	Usage Requirements In an effort to reduce blackouts and brownouts, Con Edison is trying to reduce summer peak demand. Therefore, Compact fluorescent Lights (CFL's) we install for you must be used at least one hour between 6pm and 10pm during the summer weekdays. This is when demand for electricity is the greatest.
	Removal of Incadescent Bulbs During installation the crew will remove your old inefficient bulbs and install the new energy saving CFL's. They will bag your old bulbs and take them with them so Con Edison can verify we have removed your old bulbs.
